Chun Shui Tang appear in Kyoto
My wife and I are really glad to hear that Chun Shui Tang come to Kyoto. We like Taiwan travel. More than 30 times, we have enjoyed culture, food, talking to local people in Taiwan during many of traveling. In the experience, the visit to Chun Shui Tang in original Taichung shop and relatevely new Taipei shops are one of our regular visits in Formosa travel.
The 1st visit was already more than 10 years ago in Taichung. Then when we li ed in Funabashi, Chiba, JP, the 1st shop in Japan appeared in Daikanyama, Kokyo. Then other stores appeared also in other places in Tokyo area and other places in Japan. Then now, they come to our present living place, Kyoto.

The day before my wife and I enjoyed the 1st visit to Chun Shui Tang Kyoto Kiyamachi at lunch time.
We commonly selected cold noodle menu with soy bean based crispy taste source and topping, solved soft steamed chicken and green soy bean, as lunch menu.
The chewy texture of cold noodle was very nice. And the special crispy taste source showed good matching for the menu, inspiring coolness, among very hot and humid weather of Kyoto
As drink menu, my wife selected Iron Kannon latté, while I ordered Tapioca milk tea with matcha taste.

I like the drinks with Matcha taste in Summer time. The color and taste introduce coldness in hot weather. Especially the unique gummy like texture of tapioca, I really like.
The Chun Shui Tang shop in Koyoto is located at Rissei Garden Hulic Kyoto in Kiyamachi area. Kiyamachi area has several narrower streets with many of small size restaurant , bar, live house, etc, mainly just like night spots But in front of Chun Shui Tang, there is green garden like park along Takase river. Very fresh, clean and peaceful feeling. I think even any family with children have good fun here.

It is also closer into typical shopping streets, Temachi-dori, Kawaramachi-dori, etc, in Kyoto. So, to take rest with nice Formosa tea, The Chun Shui Tang must be good choice in city center of Kyoto, I believe.
