Cream caramel with smooth texture
Spot along Tosabori River, Osaka
On last Sunday, intended to go to OXYMORON Kitahama along Tosabori river. But a lot of groups of ladies and couples were on the long and long line. No motivation to join it. So my wife and I checked again “Pudding Book” to find out another cafe or restaurant where we can enjoy lunch and cream caramel.
Fortunately we could find out another candidate, Pain Karato Boulangerie Cafe, located at basement of Royal Park Hotel.
Fine beef cutlet
Yes, main purpose is to enjoy nice cream caramel as desert. But at first, we took lunch. Selected Pasta and beef cutlet. Especially I was very much impressed by fine and juicy beef cutlet. Extremely soft medium rare meet with less fat. Thus the fried meet in sundwich is not too rich. Then it is reasonable. I would like to come again here not only for cream caramel but also for this beef cutlet. Surely it is my recommendation to you.
Cream caramel with Dragon egg
Enjoyed fine pretty cream caramel. Here is my review;
As raw materials, using the well-known brand egg, “Dragon egg” from Oh-ita, Japan and one of our favorite Jersey milk, Hiruzen miik.
The cream caramel has quite smooth texture. For me. relatively sweet and a little bit more milky. The coffee w/o sugar is the best for me.
Next time, I would like to try bread here. Because I noticed that this shop is arranged by Mr.Ryuzo Abe, who is the owner of Boulangerie Parigot and Chef Karato of Lumiere.
