MINOCAME 鳥の木珈琲にて
この前の日曜日、カミさんと新風館でランチして、またプリン本(大阪 京都 神戸)に出ていたお店に行ってみた。
夷川通りのお店。我が家は明治34年にはすでにそこにあったという京町家のをリノベーションして、当時の家の外観を出来るだけ忠実に再現している、2階の窓には簾をかけてあり、それを購入したのが夷川通りにある井川建具道具店。昔ながらの襖や格子やかなり年代物と思われる玄関の扉とか趣ある貴重なストックがたくさんある。一昨日前を通ったんだけど残念ながらその日はやってなかった。
その井川建具道具店の前を通り過ぎて、お目当のプリンの美味しいお店に向かった。
店内のスペースは小さめ。でも、コロナ下の三密対策はしっかりとられていて安心感があった。真ん中の席には座れず、両サイドの席だけ座れるようにしてあったし、お見せ入り口の上側のガラス窓は開き放しになっていた。一方、エアコンしっかり効いてて暑くて耐えられないという状況では全くなかった。
こちらのプリンを頂いた感想は;
という感じです。少し小ぶりのプリン🍮。でもね、卵感しっかり。舌触りも滑らか。ランチの後、割とすぐに頂いたので量的には小さめで丁度いい感じでした。
今年の残暑は厳しいし、コロナ対策で店内の席をフルに使えず、ご苦労も多々おありだろうけど、お客は僕らだけではなかったし、ちょうど入れ替わりですぐに別のお客さんもお店に入ってきていた。なんとかこの難局をのりきって頂きたい。
しばらく、プリン本に出ている他のお店も回ってみたいので暫く行かないと思うが、次は、寒い季節に行って、ホットコーヒーと一緒に頂きたい。

Torinoki Coffee
At last Sunday, after lunch at Shinpukan, we try to select again one of cafe introduced by Pudding-Bon, which is the book specialized into restaurant and cafe where we can enjoy the delicious pudding.

This time, we selected Torinoki Coffee along Ebisugawa-dori. The taste is;

The pudding is pretty small relatively. The taste is a little bit sweeter. For me nice to take stronger taste coffee, although I selected ice coffee due to very hot weather. The taste of pudding is very good!! After lunch, the size is also meeting. Then it must be nice for ladies paying attention into diet issue.
Now many of cafe are facing COVID-19 issue. Torinoki Cafe is also facing. In spite of smaller space, they are arranging well to introducing fresh air, keeping specific social distance.
Hope I can enjoy the nice pretty pudding with hot coffee in Autumn or Winter season again.
